The new motor is in with just and edit for now,

running it in and still undecided on the setup.

Had it on the dyno and it pumped out 260 rwkw

so i very happy with that, might even run it in the

nats in the unopen class, see how things go.

Well we didnt make it to the nats,

few weeks befor we did the 310 rwkw

on the dyno and a few test runs,

we put a new fuel pump and surge tank

in, onto the dyno and that was the end.

Dropped a valve guide and that was

the end of the engine and the nats.

I just got a brand new create engine

that the vz had with the elec t/b.

Im going with a new setup, something

very different that im very new to, will

keep you posted and up dated, i will

be looking for 10's in my street registered VY

What a great day out, huge turn out and top weather.

We took the vy out for the first time since the 310 rwkw

dyno run and for the first time on the slicks and front

runners.

The car ran consistent all day in the 11.8's

we ran with the filter in the c.a.i all day as well.

It did take me a bit to get use to the front runners,

i was warned, but until you drive with them you

have no idea, lol.

Got through qualifying no probs, won our first round

and then got knocked out second round by .800

thats drag racing for you.

Congrates to the Erratic Racing team, Jason and the

boys for runner up over all for the year in the 9.99

and under class, big effort boys well done.

Our next outing will be at the LS1 nats in Melbourne

April at Heathcote race way, the car will have a few

new mods and we will be looking for new best E/T
